Pepper-Herb Rub

- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Use to season tender beef steaks or roasts. Makes enough to season 2 pounds of beef.
Cowboy Steak Chili Rub

- 1-1/2 tsp Ancho Chili Powder, or other chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the rub and coat the steak well on both sides.

2 oz Sage
3 oz Salt
8 oz Regular coffee
Pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Rub on Sage Mountain Beef. Grill.
